Manage your service on your terms
How to sign-up?
Step 1
When you're ready, sign-up via the form and we will send through a service agreement for you to fill out and send back to us. Please allow 24 hours to hear a response, but we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Step 2
When we receive and confirm that you have signed the service agreement we will send a follow-up email that will provide you with a 'Payment Link' that will take you to our payment gateway.
Step 3
After we confirm your payment, you'll receive your final email welcoming you to our service as well as confirmation that your ecgme™ device has been shipped.
